While we do maintain the state of the cart in our frontend code, the rest of those concerns are actually handled through our services, which are managed by our Core team. Our frontend team focuses more on implementing UIs, consuming APIs, and keeping our frontend as performant as possible.

I’ll definitely let the Core team know that you’re interested in some of those concerns to see if they’d be willing to write a follow-up post.
