Thank you, Jason! I always get excited whenever I read something coming out of Basecamp, because your company represents the type of culture I’d love to be a part of.

But this post especially hits the nail on the head. It’s so important to let knowledge workers work. It’s just impossible to get anything done when you’re getting pinged all day long.
